Night Blooming Cyrus This amazing and enormous flower blooms just once a year, for one day. It grows on a cactus vine that attaches itself to any handy tree, and once the buds open, the flower opens fully at night. It takes just a couple of days for the buds to grow to maturity, and then one day blooming, and it's all over for another year. Last night the flowers were opening - taken at Cable Beach, Nassau, Bahamas.
