Elisabeth Ann Gay was born in the UK, and spent most of her life living in Germany, Canada, and, for the last 25 years, the Bahamas. She is married to a Bahamian, Lloyd Gay, and together they run a small hotel in Nassau, the Arawak Inn, with help from the family dog, Bailey, the cat, Lucky, and 2 adorable Quaker Parrots, Jasper and Jay. Next to her husband and family, Ann's photography is her greatest passion, and she enjoys immensely portraying island life as seen through her eyes.
